Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with Octosoft’s overall business and growth objectives.
Identify market opportunities through user research, competitive analysis, and industry trends within the health-tech space.
Translate strategic priorities into clear product initiatives and outcomes.
Develop compelling product value propositions that address customer needs and regulatory realities.
Ensure product decisions are informed by data, customer insights, and long-term scalability.

2. Product Development & Execution
Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch and iteration.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into well-defined product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
Drive timely delivery of high-quality product releases while managing scope and trade-offs.
Ensure products meet usability, performance, and compliance standards required in healthcare environments.

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with growth, partnerships, operations, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Communicate product strategy, progress, and performance to senior leadership.
Support sales and partnerships teams with product insights, demos, and documentation where required.

4. Performance Management & Optimization
Define and track product KPIs, success metrics, and adoption benchmarks.
Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement.
Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, regulatory changes, and innovations within the health-tech landscape.

5. Leadership & Product Culture
Mentor and guide associate and mid-level product managers.
Foster a strong product culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking.
Champion best practices in product management, agile delivery, and experimentation.
Serve as a product ambassador for Octosoft at internal forums and external engagements where required.

Skills & Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) is an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in product management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
Proven experience managing digital products in a technology-driven environment.
Strong experience working with engineering, UX/UI, and data teams.
Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, fintech, or health-tech is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex products from concept to scale.
