Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership & Deal Development

2. Negotiation & Deal Closure

Lead end-to-end negotiation and execution of complex, high-value deals.

Represent the organization in executive-level discussions with partners and customers.

Structure and recommend optimal deal terms that deliver win-win outcomes.

Resolve escalations, secure alignment, and manage complex stakeholder scenarios.
3. Deal Governance & Implementation

Establish governance frameworks with internal and external partners post-deal.

Track deal performance, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure delivery of expected outcomes.

Define and monitor KPIs to measure business impact and value creation.
4. Leadership & Culture

Champion the organization’s values and culture.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sciences, or related field.

Extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, public/private sector engagements, or business planning.

Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to apply complex financial data in decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
